On 20 October 2020, the ASEAN Secretariat held a meeting with ASEAN-associated agencies to discuss previous actions and ways forward to achieve the ASEAN 2025 vision. The ASEAN Secretariat also used this chance to update the participants on what they have done to adapt to the new normal after the COVID-19 outbreak. Additionally, the ASEAN Entities Digital Platform was introduced. The platform aims to serve as a collaborative platform for ASEAN entities to integrate their resources, promote their information as well as communicate with other entities.

There were 3 breakout rooms for each pillar of ASEAN, namely the ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC), the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC). AUN is under the ASCC pillar. In the ASCC room, each participating organization began with updating the current status of their activities/projects and challenges on youth mobility and people with disabilities amid COVID-19. Then, the focus was drawn to the business sector of the region. ASEAN secretariat is actively helping businesses affected by COVID-19 in funding, knowledge in digitalization and inclusive economic development.

To achieve the prosperity of ASEAN Vision 2025, ASEAN Secretariat, as well as its affiliated entities, must collaboratively work and utilize the full capacity of its resources to push forward that dream. AUN, as one of the driving agencies in ASEAN Education sector, will not stop enhancing human talents in the ASEAN region to be more competitive in the global level.
