Unhindered by the pandemic, AUN-QA continues to offer its quality assurance services online. With its remarkable efficiency and good reception, the online assessment will become a main staple of AUN-QA alongside its traditional offline assessment in the new normal. Since September 2020, the AUN-QA has completed a total of 13 online assessments as of the end of November 2020.

In November 2020, the AUN-QA organised 5 AUN-QA online assessments with universities from Indonesia, the Philippines and Viet Nam:

1. Vietnam National University, Hanoi
2. Far Eastern University
3. Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta
4. University of Immaculate Conception
5. University of Santo Tomas

All assessments proceeded smoothly due to the effort put in from AUN-QA Assessors and member universities.

In December 2020, there are 4 scheduled assessments:

1. 192nd at Viet Nam National University - Ho Chi Minh City: 30 Nov - 4 Dec 2020
2. 193rd at State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta: 7 - 11 Dec 2020
3. 194th at Institut Teknologu Sepuluh Nopember: 14 - 18 Dec 2020
4. 185th at Universiti Utara Malaysia: 16 - 22 Dec 2020 (Rescheduled)

The accumulated experience from conducting numerous online assessments has streamlined the process allowing for assessments to now be conducted at great efficiency. There is, as always, room for improvement and AUN-QA continues to collect invaluable feedback from its assessors and member universities in order to improve its services even more.
